Have you ever tried an Irish Coffee? It’s a great treat to serve in honor of St. Patricks Day. Make the perfect Irish Coffee with the help of homemade whisky sugar rocks. They make the drink a cinch to put together – and with a pretty bow – become a great gift to celebrate the holiday, or as a hostess gift any time of year.
Make whisky sugar rocks by combining 2 cups sugar in a bowl with 1/2 cup Burbon Whisky. Spread the wet sugar mixture onto a baking dish and let dry overnight (mine took about 36 hours). Break off into pieces and add to coffee to make an easy Irish Coffee. Add cream and top with whip cream if you’d like. Enjoy!
